I'm feeling pretty let down by Lou Fusz right now. I took my Forte (which is under warranty) in to get an intermittent check engine light/vibration at highway speeds checked out. They kept the car for three my Forte (which is under warranty) in to get an intermittent check engine light/vibration at highway speeds checked out. They kept the car for three days and claimed they couldn't even find a code for any warning lights, even though the light was on on the drive home from the dealership. Since the issue has continued, I took it to a local mechanic yesterday. They found the faulty coil packs in half a day and were also given the runaround when they called the dealership themselves. Now, I'm paying $600+ out of pocket because Lou Fusz can't be bothered to be thorough and I can't afford the time without a reliable car to spend fighting them on it. Don't waste your time here, and don't waste your money on warranties. More
Brandy was able to assist me in getting my van started to get it to the shop. I was frantic, it was 100 degrees out and I had my toddler, and my van wouldn’t start. Once I was at the shop, she helped me un get it to the shop. I was frantic, it was 100 degrees out and I had my toddler, and my van wouldn’t start. Once I was at the shop, she helped me unload my daughter’s stuff and got us secured with a rental. During our wait for the van to be looked at, she kept me in the loop over the phone. When I came back to the shop to get the van, both Brandy and Kevin were both reassuring with me that the van wouldn’t leave me stranded. They both provided information on what to do if the van does not start again in the future. More
Good overall. Larry in sales is the best. But the service Good overall. Larry in sales is the best. But the service department could use improving. Woman who answers is not helpful and doesn't know anything Good overall. Larry in sales is the best. But the service department could use improving. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I spent less time than I expected waiting. The waiting area was open and sufficient room for adequate social distancing. than I expected waiting. The waiting area was open and sufficient room for adequate social distancing. More
Great work and professional, friendly service. I would recommend going to Lou Fusz Kia to others. I would not trust my important maintenance and repairs to just anyone. recommend going to Lou Fusz Kia to others. I would not trust my important maintenance and repairs to just anyone. More
Lou Fusz Kia N. lindbergh. I was informed diagnostic would be $150 but charged $174 without being told in advanced. $22.50 for "shop supplies" which is gloves, rags, etc. If i was told i was being charg would be $150 but charged $174 without being told in advanced. $22.50 for "shop supplies" which is gloves, rags, etc. If i was told i was being charged $150 that's what i expect, plus taxes. Not $150 plus $22.50 that i wasn't informed about until time for me to pay. Brandi Hertweck is a deceitful con artist and if Lou Fusz can employ a deceitful con artist like her that says something about the company. More
