Hello, I am very sorry to be reading this. It is absolutely mandatory that all of our employees be wearing masks, we do not want to make our customers who are willing in these times to still provide us business to be uncomfortable. There will be a meeting reminding everyone the importance as well as the no tolerance policy we have on this subject. Although this is not acceptable, mistakes are made in the service department, if a resolution was not offered to you by our service manager such as bringing the car back in to make it right, that is wrong too and I would love to personally offer a resolution for that if you can call me at your earliest convenience at 314-595-2975. I am the store Manager and my name is Jared Kloempken. As far as attempting to lease you another car, my records indicate that you did not lease that vehicle from Lou Fusz therefore your lease information is protected by Hyundai Lease and Trust as well as the dealership you leased it from. It is not shared with all Kia dealers per the privacy laws. In addition according the service information you provided us, which is what we can see, you are not the owner of the car therefore you can not trade it in. For these two reasons you were not approached about leasing another vehicle. If the owner of the car would like to contact me, I would be glad to work with them directly on the purchase as we would love to rectify any bad feelings towards us and make you a happy customer.
