While I did not purchase my Kia Soul from this location, I've gotten all of my routine maintenance completed at this location and the entire staff is amazing. From the Service department to Sales, this is a phenomenal team! I stopped in last Thursday because my check engine light came on. Now as a single mom of one, every dime counts! I was an emotional wreck when I pulled up because any unexpected costs is too much for me. After discovering what was wrong with my car, I decided to talk with Sales to see about a new car. I knew it was a longshot because my credit isn't perfect but I'd really been working on it. Long story short...with the help of the Magician Wands and the Superior Saleswoman Shelby, I rolled out of there with a brand new 2021 Kia Soul. Not only is this a huge accomplishment for me, but also an amazing job from the Sales Team. My son Chaise and I thank you very very much and we will see you sooner than later to upgrade to something bigger! If you're looking for a place with superior customer service, look no further. So came in and nearly half the employees were not wearing masks and or wearing them as chin straps. There is no less than 2 signs on each door saying masks are required. Drive out and one tire pressure was 55 and yes I drove it a few miles to see if it went down. Nope. Today I woke up early to travel 2 hours for a vaccine every (covid) and had a flat tire. I managed to fill it up but looks like I have to reschedule it. Lou fusz you make me so safe. Car shakes now and pulls to the left. Started off with 38 air today now it’s at 33. Can’t wait for whatBS they are going to feed me. My lease is ending in April and you would think they would ask me if I am going to upgrade... nope. Sales and service are completely siloed.been here 3 times in a week and you let me get out of here without a new car. Shame on you. The GM Should be fired. I went in to have a safety and emissions test done on my vehicle which I purchased at a different Lou Fusz location. I was late for my appointment with the road conditions being as they were. I called and l vehicle which I purchased at a different Lou Fusz location. I was late for my appointment with the road conditions being as they were. I called and let one of the employees know I was running late. They were more concerned about my safety than the time of my appointment. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and looked at my vehicle right away. Knowing that I had a defect on the vehicle that would fail, they continued with the test to make sure there was nothing else wrong. They then reassured me that once the dealership fixes the defect to bring the vehicle back to them so they could do it again. I appreciate their honesty and great customer service. More

Lou Fusz is always great at the person to person customer service. I have one complaint about when they document what was done to your car is not done.
