Denied Service and Repair I was sent an email regarding my Kia Optima "LIFE TIME OIL CHANGE WARRANTY" and "RECOMMENDED" 30,000 miles maintenance service. I also was to have I was sent an email regarding my Kia Optima "LIFE TIME OIL CHANGE WARRANTY" and "RECOMMENDED" 30,000 miles maintenance service. I also was to have a small repair job. On Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 8:30 I arrived at my scheduled appointment during the time of the State slowly opening but still under quarantine. There was no other customers present. I had to deal with strong high pressure sales tactics: For example, if I do not pay for "recommended" maintenance that is due at 30,000 miles I would not receive service. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY MILEAGE WAS AT 28,450. Finally speaking with the Service Manager this terrible matter has not been resolved. I was denied the "LIFE TIME OIL CHANGE WARRANTY" and additional car services. More
