Lou Fusz Kia auto maintenance. It all starts with setting the appointment right? I had a 'window of time' from work that would make my day if I could get my Oil Change done. I ca It all starts with setting the appointment right? I had a 'window of time' from work that would make my day if I could get my Oil Change done. I called and was scheduled at 2pm. Perfect! I arrived and was greeted by Nicci Pollard before I got out of my car. I was again greeted upon entering the Service Area by all the other Service Staff. I enjoyed fresh brewed coffee in the comfortable waiting area where I often like to walk through the Kia showroom to see "What's New". Nicci approached me with a recommendation for an Engine Air Filter with pricing. I approved her recommendation and it wasn't long after that that I was checking out and saying my good-bye's to everyone. My car was washed, vacuumed, and ready to go in the bay. It felt like family as I waved to everyone as I exited. Well done! More
