My positive experience with Lou Fusz Kia Creve Coeur began after my father passed away and I took over the responsibility of maintaining my mom's Kia (purchased through this dealership). I was so taken aback by the outstanding customer service and quality workmanship that I began bringing my vehicle here also. To all of the staff at this location from those answering the phone to those working the frontline of the service desk: A world of thanks and much appreciation goes out for their smiles, friendliness, helpfulness, honest communication and interaction with me! And, much appreciation also extended to those who perform the actual mechanical services behind the scenes. Together, you create an outstanding customer experience!
