convenient, cordial & competent service I scheduled a "road trip maintenance service" and a replacement for the logo for the front of my 2014 KIA Sportage. The replacement part was in house as Nicci said it would be and the work I had requested was completed in time for me to go to work. The waiting area was clean and neat not as well stocked as usual but it was early in the morning. Zack was courteous and gave me the summary of the work to be completed and the cost. The work was accomplished as described and the cost was as anticipated. I am confident when I drive away that the the vehicle will perform reliably and the road trip will be a success. The excellent customer service center is the reason I would return to purchase another KIA down the road. More

And the last time I was there I talked to a couple of salesman about the new Telluride that has slowly been making it's way to the ground, and they answered all of my questions pleasantly and did not at all act like I was bothering them (even though they obviously knew I wasn't buying a new car right then). I have referred friends to them because of the just overall feeling of comfort you get at this location and my friend who bought a car there last spring says the same thing about them! More

Unexpected Excellence I normally take care of our vehicle appointments as the service department world seems to a bias toward female customers. I was out of town and my wi I normally take care of our vehicle appointments as the service department world seems to a bias toward female customers. I was out of town and my wife took the car in for maintenance. She texted me "Extremely quick, very pleasant surprise." The staff was friendly and took her SUV in for the appointment immediately upon arrival and it was done in good time. Thank you Lou Fusz for making your service experience as great as the buying experience was for us. So far the performance of the vehicle and this dealership may have just won us as a customer for life. PS The experience was comfortable enough that she purchased floormats while there rather than ordering them online. Customer Service for the win. More
