I brought me vehicle in to be serviced today (8/19/23). I decided to drop it off this time instead of wasting my entire Saturday at the dealership. I was promised the vehicle would be ready by 3pm. I was also told that someone would text me when my vehicle was ready, but they did not. I actually had to call them because 4pm hit (mind you my car had been there since 9:15am) and I still hadn't received a text or call about it. When I finally got through to a person, I found out my car was ready and that no one bothered to contact me about it. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered I was charged for rear wiper blade replacement, but the service didn't actually get performed. When I looked at my receipt, it says "ordered" next to the part. If the part was not in stock in the first place, why was I charged for a part and service that was not performed? I do not think it is fair to cheat your customers like that. Over the past 3 years, I have continually had issues with their service department and have been unable to come to a resolution. I will be taking my business elsewhere because it is clear that the service center at Lou Fusz Kia does not care about my time or money. More

Not getting my brake problem fixed. Car is not safe. Service is terrible. Andy told me to take it to another dealership. Putting on the wrong parts . They have no idea how brakes work. I keep telling them it needs a master cylinder and it doesn't soak in. First master cylinder went bad at 3500 miles and was replaced after constant complaining and it worked till about 32000 miles. Had them xx. brake petal excess travel at 35000 miles and at 43000 miles it's getting worse and still not fixed . When it punches all the to the floor I'll have no brakes at all and I hope no one gets killed when that happens. Bought car new at LOU FUSZ and have it serviced there. Do you think I'm happy.
