They had my Kia for 3 days to replace a warranted battery. I took it home and within 3 days the battery was dead. I had it towed for the second time and they kept it for 8 days. They claim a dome lig More

You can’t even get anyone on the phone . You want me to text. I’m 73 years old and although I do text I wanted to speak with a person. I called parts department to get a real person.
