Andy from the service department was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and also kept us updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was referred by my boss (a former Fusz employee) to take my Kia Soul to this service department for warranty repairs. First, I respect the fact that they're very busy and I understand that there is oft take my Kia Soul to this service department for warranty repairs. First, I respect the fact that they're very busy and I understand that there is often a wait for service. However, my car was at this location for 12 days and I received no updates from the service department - no emails, calls, or texts. I had to call them to find out any information - I called them the 4th day they had my car to get an update (dropped on a Saturday, called on Wednesday), and was told parts had arrived and just needed install, so maybe another day or two. I then called back the 9th day (Monday) to get an update, and was told AGAIN that parts had just arrived that day and they didn't know why I was previously told that, and it'd be another day or so. I called for the 3rd time on the 12th day and surprise, my car was ready! I wonder how long it had been ready. I stopped going to Lou Fusz 5+ years ago due to issues in sales, and this solidified why I will not shop at Lou Fusz, nor will I recommend their service department to anyone. Really disappointed. As someone who works in customer service, a simple phone call goes a long way - even if it's bad news, or no news. 12 days no communication is unacceptable. More
