The actual service work is good. Customer Service is just okay. For example, when calling and not getting an answer there’s an option to have a service member text you back. I’ve tried that twice but never actually had anyone text me. I was told at a previous service I would need tires soon then at this service I was told the opposite. I recently needed warranty work that required a back ordered part. After not hearing anything for a while I called and found out they had the part but never contacted me to let me know. Also, I did not get a reminder for my 30k service. More

After being a loyal customer for 11+yrs I find myself very disappointed and angry. My 2017 Kia Niro was blowing cool air while on a heat setting. Thinking I had a thermostat problem I brought it in for r very disappointed and angry. My 2017 Kia Niro was blowing cool air while on a heat setting. Thinking I had a thermostat problem I brought it in for repair. I was told there would be a diagnostic charge of $160 to be credited if I did the repair in house. I agreed. After a wait of about 30-40 minutes I was informed that I needed a heat exchanger for $3000!!!! I balked, paid my bill and went home. Googling "like "problems for Niros it indicated low coolant level usually primary cause of probelm. Coolant level now correct and heating system working well. Dont know if diagnosis was a scam or incompetence. Solely disappointed and questioning my return To Lou Fusz Service. John G Lucas More
