Terrible customer service sums it all up. I purchased my wife’s car from Lou Fusz a year ago. The sales side is fantastic but the service department is terrible. Every time I t sums it all up. Every time I take the car in for an oil change or repairs they either don’t get completed or you have to wait till a service adviser decides to pull your ticket and complete it. As a customer you are a bother to the service advisors Once they have your vehicle and they have zero customer service skills. More
Without symptoms diagnosis was difficult, I'm disappointed My mistake, I should have done the driving to better demonstrate the symptoms of slow throttle response and "loose" steering, so the tech could better My mistake, I should have done the driving to better demonstrate the symptoms of slow throttle response and "loose" steering, so the tech could better see my issues. Online, I can see other owners complaining about the slow-speed throttle response, but dealership hasn't had other complaints and Mazda hasn't provided a recognition or suggested fix. Driving today, waiting to make a left turn when oncoming traffic cleared - pushed on accelerator and nothing happened (engine did not speed up for a couple of seconds), so problem remains. Barely crossed the two lanes before oncoming cars approached. So, I'm disappointed and will need to try a different service facility or buy a different make of car. On the positive side, I was generously provided a loaner car free of charge and I was not charged for the diagnosis. For past routine service, I have been pleased. More
