Service I have taken my car for service for the past 2 years and haven’t had any issues until the last week. I was disappointed in the attention to detail. Cabin filter changed and dash area left unclipped. Windshield wipers changed and protectors left on so when I went to use them they didn’t work. I pulled over got out of car and found the problem...protectors pulled off then I was in business. Overall I haven’t had problems in the past but was a little frustrated for the $ I spend to have my car cared for. More

As I waited I heard the mechanics explaining to other waiting customers the service being done for them in easy to understand terms. They were prompt and for repairs that were going to take longer they offered the customer a loaner vehicle. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

The font of house service team are great, the courtesy vehicles are appreciated, but the technicians seem incapable of putting the right amount of oil in the car, not once, but time after time. Another example, they wash the car, but it isn’t clean (it is cleaner than it was, but not clean). As to price, $1000 for a major service seems ridiculous. This isn’t a Mercedes! Love the service front of house, not a huge fan of the service folks (although they have done me some solids over the years), but not a fan of the price. More
