Overcoming a bad experience I had a very bad experience trying to schedule my recall appointment. I ended up driving out to the service center and talking with Shawn in order to I had a very bad experience trying to schedule my recall appointment. I ended up driving out to the service center and talking with Shawn in order to get the appointment scheduled. Shawn did a great job of diffusing my frustration and making sure I was taken care of when I came for the actual appointment. Will have to see how future appointments go before I can truly give a fair rating. More

Quality experience in car buying Being Mazda 5 owners since 2008, wanted to purchase quality used Mazda 3 and found a good candidate on line at Fusz. Texted and set up an appointment Being Mazda 5 owners since 2008, wanted to purchase quality used Mazda 3 and found a good candidate on line at Fusz. Texted and set up an appointment with Shaun. No pressure from him when we arrived. He had the vehicle waiting for us to test drive in the evening. We weren’t sold on it and my wife ask if they had any used Mazda 3 Grand Touring available and they had just received one the day before. A perfect match for us and got a good trade in value on our Mazda 5. The entire process took a very short time and drove away in the new vehicle. An excellent crew and dealership. More
