My rating is low because I had such an unpleasant experience with Stephanie. The dealership followed up with me after a visit to address an issue went unresolved. Stephanie had an "emergency" and mis experience with Stephanie. The dealership followed up with me after a visit to address an issue went unresolved. Stephanie had an "emergency" and missed a scheduled call with me, and when I responded with to reschedule the call, she never responded. While my initial experience with Lou Fusz Mazda was frustrating (as much as I appreciated my initial exchange with Robin) Stephanie's lack of response or care makes it unlikely that I would attempt to contact them again for service.
