There are no Saturday hours which is incredibly inconvenient for folks that work. I got a drop off appointment for Friday at 2:45. I was told to call back on Thursday evening and see if there was a loaner car. There weren’t any. I had to borrow a car from a family member so I could drive to work Friday. When I got off work Friday at 4:15, I called since I hadn’t herd anything all day. The lady told me that it hadn’t even been touched and they closed at 6:00. She couldn’t guarantee me that my car would be serviced at all until Monday. I can’t afford to be without my car at all. I returned the car I had borrowed and they dropped me off T Lou Fusz at 4:45. When I walked in, the lady said they were just taking my car back. I asked if it was going to be finished since I needed an oil change, tire rotation, amd an emissions inspection. She said they would try. About 30 minutes later, she came to me to let me that the technician found issues. She said that he found my water tank was leaking and my drive belt was cracked. With every recommendation, it was a total of more than $2,000! Ridiculous. My husband checked the water tank and the drive belt multiple times over the following 24 hours to find nothing. I feel as though my service appointment was rushed and didn’t get an accurate service. I’m very disappointed. I will be switching to Behlmann since my warranty is expired. More

After about a year looking for the same problem they finally fixed it as I couldn’t be happier now our vehicle sounds the way we purchased this vehicle 3-4yrs ago.
