This is a new and very clean building. The appointment staff and check out people are exceptional. The car is always properly serviced, and it is washed and the inside is clean upon its return. The initial transmission replacement covered under my extended warranty took a little longer than desired but was okay. unfortunately when I was told my car was ready and went to pick it up I drove it a extended warranty took a little longer than desired but was okay. unfortunately when I was told my car was ready and went to pick it up I drove it a quarter mile away and there was loud unidentifiable noise so I took it right back. turns out the under cowling was not reattached which caused that to have to be replaced and the car out of use for another number of days. but everyone was very friendly and helpful and loaner car was provided so all in all things went okay.
