Lou Fusz has never let me down when it comes to fast and efficient service. I am always able to get a timely appointment. I love Lou Fusz!! I was surprised when I needed to change the battery! I stopped by the dealership on Lindbergh last Saturday 1/9/2021 without an appointment, I was directed to the parts department and a Very Nice Gentlemen by the name of Steve taken care of me within 5 minu 1/9/2021 without an appointment, I was directed to the parts department and a Very Nice Gentlemen by the name of Steve taken care of me within 5 minutes. Both of my keyless remotes were not working and the procedure was to see if new batteries could resolve the problem and it did!
