Easy to schedule. Julie was helpful and courteous as usual. Service department completed items I had requested and as I knew I was having a problem with my tires they balanced my wheels and rotated usual. I came in on Jan 9th to get the side panel of the driver seat fixed. The knob and side panel still comes off constantly everytime I step out of the car. They didn’t fix it right and I paid $60 for the part seat fixed. The knob and side panel still comes off constantly everytime I step out of the car. I just have this feeling that they don’t take me seriously and just do whatever so just to get me out of there.
