Oil Change & More I went in for an oil change as well as some general maintenance on my 2014 CX-9 - I also asked them to check out a noise I was hearing. They did the w I went in for an oil change as well as some general maintenance on my 2014 CX-9 - I also asked them to check out a noise I was hearing. They did the work and called me about the noise. Turns out it was an extended warranty item that Mazda was aware of and they fixed it. I picked up the car and there was a check engine light on. They took it back to check it out. The next day, I picked it up again - check engine light was due to a reset and it was all fixed. As I was driving home, I heard another new noise. I brought it back again - rode with Shawn so he could hear the noise - and once again, I left the car in their hands. They found the issue - resolved it - and I was back to pick it up for the final time. Through this time, they gave me a great loaner to use, kept in touch with me, and very helpful with everything. Even though these things can be inconveniences, I had a car and they fixed all my issues. I had such a great experience and definitely recommend their service team. Service Mazda CX-5 for rattle Service was good, Fixed the rattle coming from spoiler free of charge because I just bought the pre owned car the week before. Only negative was that I had to wait longer than I probably should have while they fixed it because the customer service rep didn’t seem to know it was done when it actually was done (as I found out later when I went up and asked). Excellent service but not a fixed Let me start off by saying Josh was excellent. He communicated clearly and often. If this were a review of just he and the team of porters, I would give 5 stars all day. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that was experienced. Things fell short with some of the repairs. I brought in my super sweet 1994 Ford Probe for a safety inspection, paintless dent removal, exhaust leak, and, most importantly a brake issue. The inspection and dent removal were great. Josh even reminded me to change the oil which was something I had overlooked. Unfortunately, the brakes were a challenge for the team. They did what they could to diagnose the problem. In the end, they replaced a wheel sensor and determined the abs control unit was to blame (a $2k repair). we all agreed that $2k was silly money to put into a $5k car. The easy fix was to leave an abs sensor unplugged. I was warned this would leave me with no abs and the abs warning light would be on. I was fine with this. Fortunately l, the brakes are working now but, if I start the car with the brake pedal compressed, the abs fires and the pedal goes soft. Perhaps the only way to stop this is to bite he bullet and replace the unit. With regard to the exhaust leak, it’s much better than it was but it’s still leaking making a ticking noise. Perhaps it’s as good as it gets with the after market headers and exhaust on the car? In summary, great service experience but I wish things were a bit more buttoned up with the car. I’ll definitely be back when I need work done. Feel free to call me with questions. More

Good experience There was a little bit of confusion about where I needed to go for service, initially, because of construction they were doing on their building, but There was a little bit of confusion about where I needed to go for service, initially, because of construction they were doing on their building, but all the staff were very helpful and processional on making sure I got to where I needed to be. When I got my car looked at, the projected repair costs were much higher than I expected, so I decided to hold off on the repairs. The staff was very understanding didnt pressure me at all to change my mind. They clearly articulated what the issue was (in the grand scheme of things it was fairly minor), told me what to expect from that point moving forward and gave some advice for how to move forward. I did have to pay for the diagnostic, because I refrained from getting the repair work done, but I am glad to pay something for the high quality customer service I received. More
