Confusing but nice customer service When I first got there, it was really confusing to find the service area. I’m assuming they’re under construction and this confusion is only temporary When I first got there, it was really confusing to find the service area. I’m assuming they’re under construction and this confusion is only temporary but if someone plans on going to get service done soon, be prepared for this. This is the only reason why I only have four stars, other than that it was a great experience. I was surprised by the honk for entry sign, but it is convenient for entrance. The customer service was nice, the wait was not excruciatingly long, and it’s easy to schedule a service online, even only a couple days ahead. More

Warranty Service I had some issues with the seat warmer on the drivers side. It was still under warranty so I took it in. Starter and clutch replacement Got my starter replaced and they noticed other things needed replacing and they gave me the breakdown of what it would cost to replace it right then v Got my starter replaced and they noticed other things needed replacing and they gave me the breakdown of what it would cost to replace it right then vs later along with approximate labour costs. It's nice to have laid out options as to what may or may not happen to your car for a repair and given the choice when/if to have it done. There were a couple of things that needed to be looked at again on my car when I came to pick it up but Shawn drove it himself when it was all done and kept asking me to see if my car handled alright once I drove it for a bit. When I pulled in, they told me it would be an hour and a half, but I couldn't get a loaner as none were available. I had my one year old with me. In all, it took just over 2 hours. I wish they would have just let me get a loaner. More
