Unclear time estimate The service was wonderful. My only issue was time. On the phone I was told I couldn't get a loaner because it would take less than an hour. When I pu The service was wonderful. When I pulled in, they told me it would be an hour and a half, but I couldn't get a loaner as none were available. I had my one year old with me. In all, it took just over 2 hours. I wish they would have just let me get a loaner. More
Starter and clutch replacement Got my starter replaced and they noticed other things needed replacing and they gave me the breakdown of what it would cost to replace it right then v Got my starter replaced and they noticed other things needed replacing and they gave me the breakdown of what it would cost to replace it right then vs later along with approximate labour costs. It's nice to have laid out options as to what may or may not happen to your car for a repair and given the choice when/if to have it done. There were a couple of things that needed to be looked at again on my car when I came to pick it up but Shawn drove it himself when it was all done and kept asking me to see if my car handled alright once I drove it for a bit. Review I’m normally very satisfied with the service. However, it took 2 hours for an oil change (I had an appt). that’s ridiculous.
