Scheduled an appointment with the service center to have a window switch replaced and an oil change. The appointment was made a week in advance. When I arrived they took the car back and while I waited in a window switch replaced and an oil change. The appointment was made a week in advance. When I arrived they took the car back and while I waited in the customer lounge. After an hour and a half they came to get me to and told me they did not have the switch and would have to order it. I live 2 hours away, bit I have always use Lou Fusz for all my repairs. This was a little disappointing. I wish Shawn was back. More
