It was frustrating because the appt was set for 8:30am then I kept noticing more customers coming in and none leaving from the waiting room. Until 2 hours later I decided to go ask how much longer the wai then I kept noticing more customers coming in and none leaving from the waiting room. Until 2 hours later I decided to go ask how much longer the wait would be just for one of the advisors to say we don't have the part your vehicle needs for repair. Why did it take them 2 hours to figure this out and why did I have to come ask how much longer versus someone come tell me that . After the service was finally completed the next day and I came to pick up my car the invoice stated car wash completed and floors vacuumed and neither of those services were completed!!! More
