Lou Sobh Honda

I was super happy with my experience with Lou Sobh until it came to my experience with Robert Byczynski. I worked with Kimberly Carr as my salesperson. She was amazing and worked hard to get me the best price I could for the car I was helping my 80 year old mother buy. Due to Covid, I did not want my mother inside the building. Kim understood that. So my mother sat in the car in the rain while I went inside waiting to get the paperwork she needed to sign. We were writing a check for the car so it should have been a very quick and easy process. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I went to the receptionist and asked what was taking so long. She said she would check. I went outside to check on my mother and the receptionist then brought out the paperwork. As I started to get my mother to sign I. I realized the address on every single form was incorrect even though I know Kim had her correct address. Very unimpressive. Especially after waiting so long. I had to manually correct all the forms. Annoying after waiting so long. When I brought the papers in I was shown to Robert’s office. When I asked if it always took so long he told me he had looked for me and I wasn’t there. I sat at this one table for almost 3 HOURS with the exception of going to the restroom and walking outside to check on my 80 year old mother. I told him I had been there unless I was checking on my mom. He said he asked the receptionist if she knew where I was and she did not so he went to the next customer. He told me he thought I would just be giving a check to the salesperson. Then he told me he was ready to move on to the next customer. There was never an apology or any concern that my 80 year old mother had been sitting in her car for 3 HOURS for something that should have been done in less than 30 minutes. Or that I had had to wait so long. More
