Heather Cullen has always provided excellent service when I bring in my Honda. I initially went to Lou Sobh to have a broken right outside mirror replaced. I received such good service that time, that I have taken my Honda back regularly for maintenance work ever since. When I was out of town over Christmas, I even waited until I got back home to take my Honda in for the required oil change. I could have taken care of it while on the Georgia Coast, but I wanted Lou Sobh to do the work. More

Excellent service from Heather Cullen Heather Cullen totally took care of my issue with the Check engine light. She found that the issue was covered under a service warranty and gave me the level of comfort that it would be corrected. I was provided a loaner car while they completed the repair. The service department also noticed that my battery cable was corroded and recommended that it be replaced, which I did. I feel that Heather and the service department is looking out for my best interest. More
