The only negative aspect was the experience with Bob Byczynski from finance. If you are not buying any extended warranty from him, be prepared for moderate service. They ended up finishing the oil change in 2 hours and the shuttle picking me up. So overall I was satisfied with everyone there. They were very upfront and personable. More

My only minor complaint was the extra 1 hour required for the service due to the volume of servicing on that particular day (Thursday 8/29).
