Listened to what I wanted & expected I am a long time Honda consumer. I expected to be treated well and not be yanked around by manipulative sales tactics. I also told Alex (my salesman) I am a long time Honda consumer. I expected to be treated well and not be yanked around by manipulative sales tactics. I also told Alex (my salesman) that I am a busy working mother of 3 children and didn't have more than an hour to negotiate cost/trade in. We were done in 45 minutes. I have payments that are reasonable and fit my budget. I was treated with respect and the entire process went as hoped and expected. It was the quality Honda experience I have known an appreciated over the years. More
