I was greeted by Heather Cullen who promptly attended to my car and I. She had a very upbeat attitude and made me feel comfortable almost instantly. There was none of the usual "games" that service departments play. After a short wait I got my car back and was out the door. The price for a four wheel alignment was also the lowest in the area. I highly recommend. More

I didn't visit the dealer intent on purchasing a particular vehicle, but they did have a used one (a Toyota) that interested us. The vehicle was not in great shape inside, but it was transformed in about half an hour by their detailers. Jim Miscall, the Finance Director, was friendly and helpful. Lou Sobh Honda seems to be one of the newest Honda dealerships in Atlanta; they have a nice showroom and a good selection of new and used vehicles. It should definitely be on your list to check out if you need a vehicle. More

Not only did they honor the warranty by replacing all the rear pads they did it in a timely manner while I waited. The staff in the service department were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I've never been a dealership service type person but I'll be using Lou Sobh for all my service/maintenance moving forward. After we settled on a fair price, he walked us through the many technological features and helped set up our new vehicle. Grandma only had one key so we stopped in to Lou Sobh to get a second (because sometimes Mom and Dad nee My son inherited his grandmother's 1997 CR-V. Grandma only had one key so we stopped in to Lou Sobh to get a second (because sometimes Mom and Dad need to drive the car too!). We were introduced to Moose, who is more of a teddy bear, who quickly got us a spare key and told us it was a gift of congratulations for my son getting his first car. When "the boy" (at 6' 4", like Moose, he's not quite what he seems) is ready for a new Honda, we'll be back. More
