Jake was very kind and informative about the repairs and service - he shared the details and was flexible with arrival time. There were issues with backend working process. Problem was assessed and part A replacement part was ordered. On second visit service determined that an incorrect part was shipped, had to make a third visit to get the new part installed. Third visit - Service team installed the new part, but left the interior panel of the door with overspray/drops of lube and scuff marks and outside of the door grease fingerprints were left as.is on the top chrome instead of cleaning after the job was completed. Disappointed about the lack of small but important details. Jake (Service advisor) did an excellent job from start to finish! More
