I had a really bad experience with Hennessy Honda and came to Lou Sobh after who is my normal dealership. Tallan was amazing from the first encounter helping me get my car in and have it fixed in a timel came to Lou Sobh after who is my normal dealership. I am so grateful for Lou sobh and tallan who really went above and beyond with how helpful he was and such great communication. Really a great and pleasurable experience. Hennessy needs to take notes especially the management that was so demeaning and dismissive throughout the whole process after the car was towed in during an emergent situation. More
