Lou Soph has the best Honda Service Department of any Honda Dealership I have been associated with. We have owned may Honda's. She explains everything being done, she is friendly, listens to your concerns and if you have a problem she will get it handled. Jimmy is also excellent in all ways. Hard to find any better! We bought our last Honda from Tom Nicholson . He is also excellent. He works hard to get you the best deal he can and makes the whole process easy. What a Great Honda Dealership!! More

My car stalled out on the side of the road on my way to work. I had no idea what was wrong so I towed my car to LouSobh Honda. I called the service desk and was transferred to Heather Cullen. She took my work. I had no idea what was wrong so I towed my car to LouSobh Honda. I called the service desk and was transferred to Heather Cullen. She took my call on the second ring, she was kind, professional, helpful and polite when I was genuinely worried about my car. Heather called me when my towed CRV arrived, like she said she would. She told me she would. She even calmed me down while I was at work by saying my car was in good hands and that I don’t need to worry about it anymore. I believe her and went about my job happily. She called with every update. Thank God for my warranty because almost everything was covered. She let me know when my car was safe and ready to drive again. It was the first good experience at a dealership for me. God bless Heather More
