Brought our Honda CR-V in for it's 12,000 mile check-up and couldn't have been happier with the service we received from the Service Dept. Starting with meeting Anthony, who is amazing, he had us in and o and couldn't have been happier with the service we received from the Service Dept. I have a 2018 Honda CRV (my 2nd CRV from Lou Sobh Honda) and my AC became inconsistent - it was going from very cold to just cool. I took it into the Lou Sobh service center and Heather quickly took care of and my AC became inconsistent - it was going from very cold to just cool. I took it into the Lou Sobh service center and Heather quickly took care of checking me in. The Verdict: My AC compressor has a leaking seal - it would most likely cost $1900! Fast forward to this week. Heather hooked me up with Amanda in financing who spent a good amount of time finding a warranty plan that would work for my car. Done deal! Thank you Amanda for your time and researching and thank you Heather for ALWAYS greeting me & my car with a smile and being thorough and cordial yet professional! I am a customer for life. More
