Service was quick. I came in concerned about my battery. They tested & found a new was needed. The rep took the time to find my warranty for it & applied to the new. Went in for a cylinder misfire Code and was quoted $3,400 for fuel injectors. I just replace the spark plugs and just to be sure 1 coil pack and problem solved. Will never take that 2019 CRV back to them aga for fuel injectors. I just replace the spark plugs and just to be sure 1 coil pack and problem solved. Will never take that 2019 CRV back to them again. My 2019 Pilot has extended warranty and some free oil changes so I’ll see them on that, SUV then to another Honda dealer. Low inventory and low sales, so the service department starts overboard on trying to turn enough profit to keep the lights on. The service manager that does this and the dealership management that encourages this are as criminal as a thief for encouraging these actions. More
