I have been a customer of Lou Sobh Honda for more than seven years. They are wonderful and especially Heather Cullen as a Service Advisor. Heather is friendly, helpful, intelligent, respectful, experienced and so much more. She always checks to be certain I am aware of coupons available for the month. She truly is an asset to Lou Sobh Honda with her very positive attitude. I have worked with thousands of people in my career and know when someone provides first-class service as seen with Heather. I believe she must have won Employee of the Month several times and recommend that she should also be recognized with Employee of the Year for Lou Sobh Honda. They are so fortunate to have Heather and I am so pleased with her professionalism every time I arrive or call on the phone. She promptly returns phone calls with the information I need. Went in for a cylinder misfire Code and was quoted $3,400 for fuel injectors. I just replace the spark plugs and just to be sure 1 coil pack and problem solved. Will never take that 2019 CRV back to them aga for fuel injectors. I just replace the spark plugs and just to be sure 1 coil pack and problem solved. Will never take that 2019 CRV back to them again. My 2019 Pilot has extended warranty and some free oil changes so I’ll see them on that, SUV then to another Honda dealer. Low inventory and low sales, so the service department starts overboard on trying to turn enough profit to keep the lights on. The service manager that does this and the dealership management that encourages this are as criminal as a thief for encouraging these actions. More
