Heather and the service department have always been easy to deal with and get my service done in a reasonable fashion. I have leased thru the years 5 or 6 Hondas and have been completely satisfied with the to deal with and get my service done in a reasonable fashion. Not a long wait for a walk-in oil change. but overheard another customer who said he waited over 2.5 hours..and he had an appointment! Don't know what went wrong there but he should have bee but overheard another customer who said he waited over 2.5 hours..and he had an appointment! Don't know what went wrong there but he should have been provided a complimentary oil change if true. I've been using this dealership for some 7 years and have always had a pleasant experience. There were no snacks tho this time :( More
