John Nadeau was wonderful. Very personable, patient with my questions and very helpful. Went in for oil change on my 2014 Accord but needed additional work. When my son came to pick up the Accord, I introduced him to John and told my son he could buy my car with the condition he return to LouSobh for all servicing..I have complete confidence in John Nadeau and Lou Sobh and have been going there since 2014. My favorite thing is that when I mess up my phone, I go back and ask them to program for me, I don't have the patience to look up in book. More
