I don't see Ryan in the Service Dept as an option to choose him. He was very professional. Made it very clear on my needs and why. I originally went in for an oil change and rotate tires. We bought a used Honda pilot at another dealership only to find out three months later we needed a new engine. In a situation that could have been very costly our service advisor Ryan Esloon went above and to find out three months later we needed a new engine. In a situation that could have been very costly our service advisor Ryan Esloon went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was taken care of and that as much as possible was covered under our extended warranty to cut down on our expense. He was very reassuring and kept us up to date religiously on what was going on with the process of working with the warranty company and explained all the options clearly as to the repairs needed. Once we got the vehicle back he followed up and called to check how things were with the new engine installed. Such pride and honesty in your work is hard to find and Ryan exemplified it beyond expectations. He made me a fan of your dealership! More
