Car Service in the time of Covid-19 It was time for my 15,000 mile servicing on my lovely new Honda CRV. Since I am 75 yrs old and sheltering in place due to Covid-19, I wasn't sure abou It was time for my 15,000 mile servicing on my lovely new Honda CRV. Since I am 75 yrs old and sheltering in place due to Covid-19, I wasn't sure about going out on a Saturday which is typically very busy at Lou Sobh. I took the chance and was pleasantly surprised. Hans Alexis handled my request and looked in the computer for appropriate coupons. He estimated a 1 hr. wait. Social distancing was easy and the premises and Ladies room were immaculate. I missed the coffee, but, understand the rationale. Instead of 1 hr. my car was ready in 40 minutes. I really appreciated the car was since the high pollen count is an issue for me. Once again Lou Sobh was there for me. Thank you Hans! More
