Jimmy was Amazing! Jimmy made the whole process of having my car serviced so very easy!! He even came in to work on his day off to follow up with me on when my car would Jimmy made the whole process of having my car serviced so very easy!! He even came in to work on his day off to follow up with me on when my car would be ready. Very rarely have I ever experienced such great customer service. My only suggestion would be to give Jimmy a raise....immediately :) More

low oil Heard noise. Had quick flash of low oil pressure warning. Checked oil and dipstick showed none. Called service. Justin was able to take me in quickl Heard noise. Made note to monitor oil level. Happy no big problem but 15% warning did not come on yet, when oil out. I was told it doesn't monitor levels. That is no good. Could have had major engine damage More

I had a follow up visit to the service department to address a couple of very minor details with the cpo 2017 Ridgeline I had purchased here about a month ago. Ryan Esloon checked me in and could not h address a couple of very minor details with the cpo 2017 Ridgeline I had purchased here about a month ago. Ryan Esloon checked me in and could not have handled things better or more quickly! I was seriously impressed! He gets 5 stars from me for his professional and competent handling of my situation. Also, while I was waiting, my sales representative, Nick Guidry, noticed me and came over to say hello and check on how I was doing with my new vehicle - again, top notch professionalism! This has been my experience with all of the folks I have dealt with at Lou Sobh Honda, including Reza Moshiri in management and Amanda in the finance department. I am very satisfied doing business with these folks. I will recommend them to my friends and family, and I would certainly deal with them again. More
