BRAKE JOB I went in for a MPI just to see what was wrong with my vehicle. The service advisor, Heather, never mentioned anything about a wait time being excessi I went in for a MPI just to see what was wrong with my vehicle. The service advisor, Heather, never mentioned anything about a wait time being excessive. Three hours later, I was still waiting to hear something only to find out my vehicle had not even been seen yet. there was no communication between advisor and customer. I thought Honda's philosophy was respect for the Individual and The Three Joys. I guess this dealership missed the memo. More
