Although every service rep that I have the pleasure of working with, has been the most professional, and knowledgeable in the honda environment. Personally, I enjoy having one to one , and my pick has been with Heather. She is always keeping me informed , giving me the best deal possible, plus will go out of her way to make sure that I'm as comfortable while waiting, and just feel she has my best interest at the forefront. Even questions that has arisen thru the Honda online Site, was directed to her, and called me from work on her time to answer questions that the Chat representative could not answer. The communication is always there as needed whether it be online, or in person. Even if its a service that is outside the Honda service area, Honda employees have some lead contact path which they feel is best for you to follow based on your choice of course. Thanks to all of you at Lou Soub Honda from the front door receptionist to the Latte machine repairman for making my truck up keep needs as painless as possible.
