I understand the importance of customer service and feedback surveys because it makes you accountable. Ryan was my service intake guy and he was amazing. Kind, thoughtful, attentive, he shook my hand, and you could tell he took pride in his job and was eager to outperform. I appreciate that sooo much! It's rather refreshing. I expect treatment like that from Nordstrom or Starbucks employees, but rarely at a dealership. Thank you Ryan -- A true gentleman and outstanding employee. Lou Sobh better hurry up and give you a raise else someone like me might try and snatch you up with your demonstrated work ethic :D You would be a keeper in my book! More
