Always Easy! Getting regular maintenance service has never been so fast and easy. As soon as I pull in the garage, the system recognizes me/my car and assigns a s Getting regular maintenance service has never been so fast and easy. As soon as I pull in the garage, the system recognizes me/my car and assigns a service rep. Heather, who has been my service rep the past couple of visits, comes over to greet me, sign me in and take my car. I don't mind waiting in their customer waiting area. There are many different places to sit, some tables and cubicles where I can get work done. There's Wi-Fi, coffee, popcorn and plenty of bottled water. While I am waiting, Heather checks in to let me know how much longer my service will take to complete. It's rarely been longer than an hour. Always a great experience! More

Battery + Cold weather = Dead Battery I had noticed my battery life was close to it's end. While in town I had a meeting and after I finished I had the bad experience that my car would not I had noticed my battery life was close to it's end. While in town I had a meeting and after I finished I had the bad experience that my car would not start. Luckily I had jumper cables and someone was nice enough to help. I called Lou Sobh Honda here in Cumming. Heather Cullen, assisted me quickly to order a new battery for my Infiniti. Within an hour I was up and ready to go! Awesome Service Department! I always enjoy pulling into the service area and seeing my name light up on the schedule board! Lol I appreciate that this dealership is so organized. They don't let customers fall through the cracks sitting in the waiting area forgotten like some other dealerships do. Their service personnel have always kept me updated if extra time is needed and give me a complete explanation of what was done to my car. In the past 2 years I have gotten to know Tala Sar who is one of the service department specialists. Tala has been nothing put kind, courteous and extremely helpful especially when I had some electrical issues early on. He really took an interest in my car and made sure that the problem was corrected. I would also like to mention Sales Manager Reza Moshiri. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and Reza is by far, the most honest, sincere car sales person I have ever worked with. Cars cost a lot of money these days, and he made it happen for me by working with my budget. I almost thought that I was taking advantage of him because her worked so hard to get me in the car I wanted. Thank you Reza! More
