Amazing! Holly Frankovich was amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a specific car, found it online at Lou Sobh Kia. He made sure that the car we wanted met every little detail we wanted. During the paperwork and closing he made sure to explain things thoroughly and helped with it all. Amazing! My husband and I just bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming, GA. We were looking for a great family car since we are expecting a litt My husband and I just bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming, GA. We were looking for a great family car since we are expecting a little one next year. Santiago Gala and Robert Baptiste made our car buying experience wonderful. They were so friendly and outgoing and never made us feel pressured. They took their time to help us find the right car for our growing family and made us feel valued. We never felt pressured and their patience with us while trying to decide was a breath of fresh air. They answered every question, put every concern to rest and did everything possible to make sure we were happy. The car buying experience here is rather enjoyable... you get to bring home a new car AND you are working with amazing individuals!
