As dealerships go, this appears to be one of the better ones. My experience was good in that they did not make me wait around any more than necessary during the sales process. When giving feedback to any dealer, i would add that i am no fan of the decades old dealership sales model and would suggest a move to more of an online purchase experience. 2024 and we are still negotiating car prices, doing the sales dance at the dealership, and doing more paperwork than should be necessary. PS…i purchased a Rivian electric vehicle last year….completely from home. No negotiation, everything on line, overnighted the check to the company and they called me 5 days later to let me know my vehicle was ready to pickup. It took me 10 minutes to get the vehicle once i arrived at the Rivian center, which is the total time i spent at Rivian during the entire process. It was fantastic and so convenient! More
