And then our finance guy, will, was super efficient and didn't try to pressure us into anything we couldn't afford. Can't wait to buy our next car here. Very cool I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion and loved the car. Drove it home and noticed that the left headlight was out. I called Chris right away and he was in it. I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion and loved the car. Drove it home and noticed that the left headlight was out. I called Chris right away and he was in it. I received a call from the service department the next morning and they were ready to fix the problem immediately. My hectic schedule stopped me from coming in for amost 2 weeks but I understood that there was no way of knowing the light was out because its always light out when the shop is open. They fixed the light, washed the car and gave me gas for my trouble. Awesome! Thanks Chris! More

It really was a night and day difference and a very pleasant experience (does not always happen when buying car). My Sales Consultant was Chris Gardner and he was outstanding in understanding what I wanted and working with me. on the financing, etc. Both Chris and Danny Pelegrin (Sales Manager) were very professional and both are a real asset to Lou Sabh and the Kia organization. I've met a lot of car sales people and sales managers over the years, Chris and Danny are by far the best I've seen and worked with! Overall I think, if your in the market for a Kia, Chris and Danny are the people to deal with. More

This was my first visit to their service department and it was by far the best dealership experience I have ever Lou Sobh Kia of Cumming is awesome!! This was my first visit to their service department and it was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. The facility is amazing and the staff is even better. I was so excited to have a Kia dealership closer to my home for routine service needs. My past service experiences had been less than stellar at another dealership. My routine service times were anywhere from 2-3 hours and they only washed the car if you asked and then that would take another 30 minutes. Jonathan Handman was my service advisor and he explained in detail what would services would be done on my car prior to the service team taking the car back. My car was serviced with an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and my car was washed and ready to go in less than 50 minutes. AWESOME!!! I highly recommend Lou Sobh Kia of Cumming!! Thanks for a great experience. More
