This Kia dealership is awesome. When I drive up to the Bay Area, I was me by an associate and told them I had a 9:00 appointment and they knew who I was. The associate had my recall paperwork. Checking in and checking out. My appointment for a recall was told it could take up to 4 hours. I was there only for hour and half. i will come to this Kia location for all my needs. More

My happy day turned into a Sad day quickly......I purchased 2 new Cars from Lou Sobh Kia ( 1 in 2016 and 1 in 2017) ... When I decided to upgrade to a bigger SUV I immediately decided to go back and purchased 2 new Cars from Lou Sobh Kia ( 1 in 2016 and 1 in 2017) ... When I decided to upgrade to a bigger SUV I immediately decided to go back and I found my perfect SUV - A "Certified" used car which by the way I read when it was turned back in it was supposed to be gone over and any defects and such repaired and good service. NOT this one ... It was raining when I went to look and I mentioned about the tires being a little low but I was ok with it - Til I got home and messaged by salesLady back to let her know there was a chunk out of the side on one of the tires. I sent her a pic ASAP and she assured me that she would talk to the Manager : While waiting on her to call or text me back (which she didn't) I finally broke down and replaced them ... I text her back and she informed me that she had covid and that when she got back to work she would take care of talking to the manager about my tire expense. Still didn't hear from her so I messaged her back and she said she talked to the Manager and he said that they couldn't determine when the tire was damaged. So I finally decided to have the oil checked just for good measure... Sure enough the oil looked like it hadn't been changed for a while .... I live 2 hours away from Lou Sabh Kia and was a faithful customer but no more.. More
