They offfer exceptional customer service every time I come in for oil change and rotation and they always accept my coupons. They always meet me before I get out of the car. I have never got out of my car to go inside and say I am here for service like other Kia dealership where I purchased my Kia in Marietta. I will never go back to that dealership. When I go for service, I always make an appointment and I have never had to wait a long time unless something else is detected and that wait hasn't been very long. I understand if I did have to wait long, it's not their fault. More
