He worked to match an advertised price, find the color I wanted, work a dealer trade, price out cash versus finance sale, etc. Lots of time spent, pictures sent, email and phone time - - and he even worked details on two different vehicles! All this over a 3 day period. I, unfortunately, had a health issue on the 4th day when we were going to sign, so I haven't yet bought a vehicle. But when I'm ready again I will remember Mr. Grieme. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is I didn't get to meet him or see the dealership service after the sale due to my personal circumstances. More
