Hybrid Kia service Love this dealership. I arrived and the technician was out to meet me before I got out of the car. He asked if he could help me and I said I had an Love this dealership. I arrived and the technician was out to meet me before I got out of the car. He asked if he could help me and I said I had an appointment for oil change. Also there was another technician writing down all the information such as the mileage etc. very nice. The technician that met me while I was getting out of the car asked me to come in and he showed where the waiting room was, showed where the coffe and snacks were and the restroom as I was staying until my car was readymy appointment was at 10 and I was pulling out around 10:30 with a clean car. They also washed my car. I did ask if they could look at the front end of my car as I somehow scrubbed the front end and the technician looked at it and fixed the problem without an extra fee. If I had been at the dealership in Kennesaw they would have charged a fee just to look and fix. That’s why I don’t go there anymore, I guess that’s why they were brought out by another Kia dealer. The Kia dealership in Cumming is the best with awesome customer service and inside was spotless. I would recommend everyone to come here for service or to buy a vehicle. I also love the coupons.
