Great place to service electric Kia Soul EV I've had several issues with my electric Kia Soul EV and twice had these issues diagnosed and repaired under warranty at Lou Sobh Kia. Over several vi I've had several issues with my electric Kia Soul EV and twice had these issues diagnosed and repaired under warranty at Lou Sobh Kia. Over several visits I dealt with Jeff Christian, John Goode and David Mallory. All of them were great. Overall, the service department employees are very polite and they carefully listened to my concerns. Appointments are easy to book online or over the phone. My car was fixed the same day on both occasions. After the service they pull your car to the front door. So I'm very happy with the speediness and workmanship of their service department. More
