I contacted Tim seeking a specific vehicle at a specific price--one I couldn't be flexible with. From his excellent (and not at all inundating) communication to the warm reception at the dealership to the ease of transaction in the finance office to the stellar delivery of my new, pristine vehicle, I wouldn't change one component to the process we followed. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, quite frankly, you can't beat a KIA for their exceptional comparable value for your dollar. I never thought I'd be a minivan mom, but when you consider the fact that an SUV with all the bells and whistles I got on my Sedona will cost you upwards of $15k more, it was really a no-brainer, and this one opens the doors for me. :) Tim and the entire team were FUN! We really enjoyed our experience together and I'm hopeful that everyone who reads this review will give these guys a fair shot at helping you find the right vehicle for your lifestyle and budget.
